Circuits

Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training that aids fat loss, builds muscles and increases heart-lung fitness. It is an easy to follow class which allows you to work at your own pace under the supervision of a fully-qualified instructor.

Weekly on every Friday from 6:00pm – 7:00pm for 1 hour

Weekly on every Monday from 6:00pm – 7:00pm for 1 hour
